Cloverleaf Developments is a newly formed company that specialise in developing luxury care homes. Although a start-up company, the founders have an extensive experience, both in running care homes and care home development.
The Brief
Being a new business, Cloverleaf asked us to provide them with all the basics needed to get them going. First and foremost, they required a web presence to get them online. They also required a full set of business stationery, including letterheads and business cards. But before we could work on any of those, they needed an identity.
The Brand
We started by offering several logo designs for the clients to choose from. Although they liked our designs and agreed they looked professional, they really had their hearts set on a 3D logo. They wanted to emphasise the construction nature of their business. So, we took our preferred 2D logo and gave it a little 3D treatment.
Once we had the shape, then angle and the amount of extrusion correct, we set about simplifying it. To make it work as a logo, we removed the shading and ensured that it was made from flat colours.
The Website
We know that starting up a new business is expensive, so we offered Cloverleaf Developments our ‘Startup Web Package’. First, we created a bespoke design for them to approve, then built them a basic five-page website.
The site is hosted on our fast, secure web hosting platform which has a host of built in SEO features. And as part of the package, we provide a basic SEO implementation throughout the site.
Copywriting
Copywriting isn’t everyone’s cup of tea. So Cloverleaf were more than happy for us to write their website copy for them. The first step was to learn a bit more about their business, before researching their competitors. Then, with our SEO hat on, we set about writing the copy for their site.
We are proud to provide copy that is ‘written by humans’.
Print Design
To get them up and running, Cloverleaf needed a full suite of business stationery. We used their new branding to provide business cards, compliment slips, letterheads and continuation pages.
