Flexible Working
Typically, we will work traditional business hours. And sometimes we may have to put in a few additional hours. However, if you like a lie in, that’s no problem. Just make up the time later. As long as the clients’ deadlines are met and meetings are attended, we can work to the hours that suit us.
Dress Code
We wear whatever makes us comfortable. However, if we have client facing meetings (online or in-person) we will aim to dress smart casual.
Rewards
If the company is doing well, the whole team will do well. If we have a few good months, we will reward the team with bonuses.

Based in Horsham in West Sussex, we offer web design, SEO and social media marketing services. We work mainly with businesses in Sussex and the surrounding counties, but we also have clients across the UK. We even work regulary with international clients.
